SFU Men's Hockey Team

SFU Men's Hockey team is a non-for profit hockey organization that competes in the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League (BCIHL). They compete against 5 other teams such as Trinity Western University, Selkirk College, University of Victoria, Thompson Rivers University, and Eastern Washington University. They play all their home games in Burnaby at Bill Copeland Sports Centre and are the host of a large annual hockey event such as the Great Northwest Showcase, an event that showcases top-level college hockey while promoting the importance of education as part of an athlete's career.


Jason Grafstrom, Obstacle Course Racer

Jason has been a runner for six years and ran his first obstacle course race in 2012 and was instantly hooked. He enjoys obstacle course racing because it requires more than just being a good runner or being physically strong, but a combination of both in order to really excel at the sport. Jason is also blown away by how supportive the obstacle race community is of each other. Obstacle racers are always there to lend a helping hand to each other on the race course. Due to his passion for obstacle course racing, Jason started his own event company and is working on hosting his first obstacle course race in 2014.




Canada~Snowboard has developed a comprehensive snowboarding program for athletes with physical disabilities called the Canadian Para-Snowboard Program also known as CPSP. The CPSP consists of athlete development camps, para-snowboard competitions, and training opportunities for coaches.


Team AULD, competitive women's curling team

Team AULD is a competitive women's curling team based out of Missisauga Golf & Country Club, located in Missisauga, Ontario. In order to achieve their team goal or representing Canada at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, Team AULD is utilizing Subject Matter Expert to continually improve Team Strategy, Fitness, Nutrition and Mental Toughness.



HybridStrong is primarily a social media based health & fitness outfit that specializes in exercise design & nutrition through the psychology of exercise and fitness itself as we leverage social media to create community based forums that PROVIDE EVERY TOOL FOR ONE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE LONG RUN and not have to spend a fortune to do it. We believe the online platform can be awesome and in fact is EXTREMELY RESULTS ORIENTED for anyone at any fitness level, anywhere in the world; whether increasing your condition to translate that into higher performance in a given sport to general health and fitness.

Michael Whiteley is an internationally recognized fitness guru with a client base that stretches through many countries around the world. In addition to this, he is an accomplished health expert and researcher with over 17 years of experience in fitness, integrative health and orthomolecular therapy. Michael has worked alongside many of the top corporations, manufacturers, doctors, and practitioners within Canada and has exhibited his passion for helping individuals become their best version of themselves. Through his continued dedication he has helped his clients maximize their physical performance and transform their physiques.

Olivia Rose ND

Olivia Rose
Olivia graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. In 2006, she graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she completed 4 years of study and a clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and at the Sherbourne Health Centre where she worked with patients afflicted with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C.
